Visited here for the first time. Sat outside with husband and two dogs in the little beer garden as it was a lovely sunny day. Had the mussels to start and they were the biggest mussels I have ever had, lovely food and great service. Will definitely be back.
Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed our time at The Loans Inn. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The bed was cozy and the pillows were great. Perfect location close enough to the beach or town but far enough to enjoy complete peace. Cannot wait to stay again.
Great place to stay
The staff were brilliant, nothing to much trouble. Rooms were spotless and well equipped. Food plentiful and varied. When the roof garden is finished it will have beautiful views out towards the sea. Good car parking. Nice sheltered outdoor seating area. Well placed to visit this beautiful part of Scotland
Lovely hotel. Warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms. Great restaurant with tasty, we’ll cooked food. Super staff, especially Amy who was warm and friendly and helped make our staff special. Thank you
Fantastic all round evening at the Loans Inn
Our party of 6 adults enjoyed a beautiful meal with excellent service last Saturday evening. The inn is stunning and offers a lovely atmosphere with background music. We would highly recommend this venue and have already done so to family and friends. A big shout out to the staff who are amazing!
If I could give it 6 stars …I would. Fabulous inn…room was massive and had a jacuzzi bath. Lovely bar and restaurant ..a brilliant quiz night on last Friday of the month….quizmaster was brilliant. Last and definitely not least…the staff were absolutely amazing!! They could not do enough and were always helpful. Missing it already.
This is a little gem of a hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and spotless and the food is brilliant which is why I have stayed on several occasions.
Great location, lovely staff and perfect weekend away. From check in to check out, the staff could not have done more to make our stay a pleasant experience. The room was perfect and our meal in the restaurant was great. Recommend you stay here if in the area and want the personal experience.
The steak pie has to be the best in Ayrshire. Huge portions as well and great value. The service was outstanding from Brooke and Nell. I would absolutely recommend going. It’s quickly becoming my favourite place to eat. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s also dog friendly which makes it even better. Really enjoyed it thanks guys!
The Loans I cannot recommend you highly enough, we were treated like Royalty from the minute we stepped through the door. Delicious Dinner and superb Breakfast in the morning, super efficient and friendly staff, rooms spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Most definitely be back in the near future.
